We had Majbrith list our suburban Libertyville home in summer 2020. Within 2 days she had photographers in for photos, handyman service for small repairs, all was set to go. She used so many personal touches...interesting signage throughout the house pointing out good features (steam shower etc) and even providing small hand sanitizer samples for potential buyers. We were under contract in just over a month (and she is credited with putting the buyer in touch with our house as well!) and she then worked on finding us a condo to rent downtown Chicago. We were in a Florida during this time but we flew back a couple of times and she had a driver take us to a variety of city properties. Then upon return to Florida, this amazing condo came on the rental market and she went down and viewed it for us...face timed me and walked the whole condo...showing me every single detail. She walked multiple blocks showing me the neighborhood via face time (I am familiar with the area but was good to get a good feel). We decided to move ahead with a 2 year lease sight unseen by us...because we trusted her and her knowledge of what we wanted. 2 years later we used Majbrith to help us find a condo to purchase in Chicago and that experience was as great as our previous experiences. We closed with ease and now have a beautiful city pad to call home when we are in town. She went above and beyond on so many levels...both with our sale and with finding the rental, and eventually finding a condo to purchase. I’m not sure there’s enough room here for me to write all of the reasons why I can recommend Majbrith Brody with such confidence. Let’s start with the fact that she never spoke down to us even though we didn’t really know a whole lot about the residential market. We knew what we wanted to do and that was our house quickly at a fair price. We weren’t going to hold out for the last nickel and instead wanted to process behind us so we could move on with our lives. we came out at a fair number. We made a number of the changes to our existing residence that she suggested but really just some cosmetic items. By the time we put our house on the market in January, we were positioned well and as a result had our house under contract in two weeks. Her open houses were awesome, well attended and she marketed our home with panache and comfort even though we were on the lower end of the Libertyville market. Throughout the process, all interactions were timely, professional and sensitive to our needs. She executed on everything as promised and in any transaction that’s really all you can hope for in a best case scenario. Relative to the purchase of our new home, Majbrith how did laser focus on what we were trying to achieve and always stayed within the parameters we provided her. We actually ended up finding a direct purchase through some friends but brought Majbrith With us to see the property because we value her opinion so great flight.
